This hotel is appealing and fairly clean, it has free Wi-Fi and a grill restaurant. The breakfast is awesome with fresh vegetables like cucumber or paprika, cheese and coffee et al, has everything you need.

Staff at front desk were very friendly, room was clean tidy. Nice quite hotel and will stay there on my next trip to Dublin. Would stay there again.
Has dinner there prior to going to concert, food was not anything near the quality the price would have suggested it was!! We ordered omelette but was unable to eat it as it was covered in grease & roast special with veg but there was only one veg, runner peas, cheap veg, should have had better. This hotel could greatly improve their status if they looked at their kitchen staff & improved this section. Smoking out front of hotel & no ashtrays provided!!!??

accommodation is quite close to the centre, about 15 minutes walk straight ahead to the Trinity College area, Temple Bar and Dame Street. There are bus lines with stops practically in front of the hotel that take you downtown in less than 10 minutes. There are supermarkets next door open until 11pm, for example Spar and Tesco. Breakfast was very Irish style, typical of the area, like sausage, sauteed potatoes, mushrooms, scrambled eggs, beans in sauce, black pudding and porridge. There is a variety of fruit, freshly made croissants, a lot of good stuff. value for money is bn for what the hotel offers, taking into account that it was easter and hotel was full. people at the reception desk were very friendly.
The hotel is quite functional, but it has its weaknesses: carpeted floor, they didn't replace the amenities of the room in 4 days that we were there, in plan, bathroom gel and toilet paper. They don't make the bed, they just stretch out the sheets and that's it. In fact, they were smaller than the bed itself, which by itself was too small for two. The bathroom bn, good water pressure and wide.

Quite close to the conference center. Bed was comfortable. Iron and board available.
Room: only two tiny windows with bars, very dark room. Bathroom needs to be renovated (flush didn't work properly, cracked tiles, sudden water temperature changes etc.). Room needs new furniture (very dirty and worn soft chair and carpet), except the bed which was clean and comfortable. Only five TV channels and W-LAN quite expensive. Staff: cleaning ladies knocked on my door at 8 am on various days and thus woke me up. Reception staff was ok, but didn't greet or say goodbye. Location: quite deserted in the evening, might be a bit scary for single female travellers

great service but a noisy room
The staff were attentive and prompt in meeting our needs . The cleanliness of our room was excellent, contributing to a very pleasant atmosphere.
The noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at times.

Good location for Grand Canal Theatre. Bar area nice and staff welcoming in bar.
Hotel needs refurbishment in the bedrooms. Heating not working, shower burning hot and broken so could not be adjusted and the wardrobe door was literally hanging off. When pointed out to hotel staff upon check out no comment was made or attempt at apology I was simply handed my bill and told to have a nice day. This alone would stop me returning.

Very close to city centre. Clean and friendly staff.
Would stay again but would request a room away from the front. Very busy road.

Had a blast with friends celebrating our trip! We checked out the Guinness Storehouse and Croke Park, both awesome experiences. The hotel was super comfy, with spacious rooms and great dining options. They were really accommodating when we needed extra towels. Just a short walk to everything fun!
One hiccup was the check-in process. The staff shouted about payment errors at breakfast, pretty embarrassing. They could improve on discretion in handling such situations.

The staff went above and beyond, even tracking down my lost cufflinks and leaving them neatly on my desk. Such attentive service made my stay truly memorable.
